Sedum Spurium "Dragons Blood" - Flat

 Dragon's Blood is a low growing, mat-forming stone crop sedum, that puts up 3-4" tall stalks of bright pink flowers through the summer.  It is intense red in late winter/early spring, as pictured, then as the leaves mature, they turn green, with a red tint.  It makes a great ground cover for hot spots, in rockeries, or hanging down low walls.  Very winter hardy, it is tough and quick growing, but not invasive. 

I currently have full 17"X11" flats of these, well rooted, which can be torn into many pieces to plant a large area with.  It would be perfect for anyone installing a green roof.  So, if you are looking for Dragon's Blood to use as a ground cover, this is your chance to save a lot of money, compared to buying individual 3.5" pots at nurseries.
